One wordpress.com as we all know is limited and when it comes to putting link linking to their site, they will do anything - we have the footer and then the meta Widget. I’m going to show a simple tutorial how you can have META in the sidebar.
1. Make a new Text (Text3)
2. Decide things we want, like; RSS, RSS (comment), XHTML, CSS, and maybe XFN
RSS
(<)a href=”http://Url.com/feed/” (title=)”Syndicate this site using RSS 2.0″(>)Entries (<)abbr title=”Really Simple Syndication”(>)RSS</abbr></a(>)<br /(>)
RSS Comment
(<)a href=”http://Url.com/comments/feed/” title=”The latest comments to all posts in RSS”(>)Comments <abbr title=”Really Simple Syndication”>RSS</abbr></a(>)<br /(>)
XHTML
(<)a href=”http://validator.w3.org/check/referer” title=”This page validates as XHTML 1.0 Transitional”>Valid <abbr title=”eXtensible HyperText Markup Language”(>)XHTML</abbr></a(>)
CSS
(<)a href=”http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=” title=”This page validates as CSS Transitional”>Valid <abbr title=”CSS”(>)XHTML</abbr></a(>)
PS: Remove the brackets.
