I have been spending so much money the past two months, over £500 pound … with my cousin over, trips, buying clothes, games (1), food, and going out. I didn’t even check my bank account till yesterday … I’m only on £50 now. I have bought few new domains, donated money (to web communities) and bought Ipod Nano for my mate’s birthday.

I hate asking my dad for money, he would give me a big lecture about ‘money doesn’t come from the wall’ (It does ATM machines hehe) and that ‘he doesn’t print it’, so I tend to ask mom. I use to be on a contract phone and money would be charged on my dad’s bank and I didn’t even feel it, now I’m on Pay-as-you-go – money really hurts when wasted.

I have officially stopped buying video games … after GTA that is. I have also stopped going to my local gaming shop and I feel really good about that.

Why do I need to save money?
This is the first year in a long time, I will spend my summer in the UK, and I’m always going to Tunisia. If you were reading my blog you would be acquainted with the fact my big sister getting married. Having a lot of relatives from France, Canada and other country over, so it will be really handy to have emergency cash. Dad tends to ask a lot of questions and calculate everything before he hands the money, meaning no shisha.
