(Blogging is a hard job … but some has to do it.)

Hi, or yet better Sallam. My name is Sabeur Thabti, and I’m a 17 years old college student and I also happen to be Tunisian. I’m also British… so you can say I love tea. This blog is —a consequence of my unhealthy interest in the web. This blog is a personal space; nothing more or less.

I am a person (really?) who would face the computer for more than 5 hours a day, those hours include gaming, chatting, browsing and reading. .. You can say I can’t live without it. That said I’m also an outing person… I go shopping with friends and also play football (world one). During my free time, I will normal play games either on my Wii, and Xbox but I’m a hardcore pc gamer.

I am quite a fussy and easy angered (Arab) person and may like to complain a lot. Maybe I aim for perfection and want everything to be done my way or what I expect it to be (… I stole this). I admit I’m impatient although my name (Sabeur) in Arabic means patient.

During the day I am a college student – who is studying Btec National in IT and it’s my first year, I am not clever but I do shine. I have one more year and I will be in university either doing computer science or media. Besides cursing and hitting my computer – I would also show it love by feeding it more RAM and graphics cards.

What is Nekrif? Dude you ok?
Yah, I know it’s hard to remember … Nekrif is the town I was born in back in Tunisia and it also happens to be my child hood place. Nekrif is located at the lowest point in the Tunisian map - its a small farmers town with many families. I don’t live there anymore but I do back in the summer for weddings and family.

How did you start in the web?

2- Got Dial-up
3- Got geocities account part of yahoo and designed and learnt Html
4- Found a game called starcraf
5- Joined a clan and started webmasting on Freewebs
6- Freewebs got limited and I looked for alternative
7- Webhosting with 123reg.com (worst thing I done)
8- Opened a freewebshosting company where users would post to get web hosting called cyberkit.biz, cykit.net. ck-h.co.uk ( was on and off thing for 3 years)
9- Openned and coded an image hosting company – imageheap.com and later sold for £300
10- Went back to freewebhsosting
11- Stopped freewebhosting – because I was about to get sued
12- … had exams – so stopped
13- Opened a blog, called Sabsblog.com (2005/2006
14- Done my exams and stopped the blog (2006/2007)
15- Opened spreadgoogletalk.com – when gtalk came out
16- Opened another imagehosting site and sold it £100
17- Opened a blog on cykit.net – closed down because I started college.
18- Opened another blog – the one your currently on.
19- Opened another blog with fellow students in college – Mustkick (failed)
21- Revisited MustKick to open it as a football blog
22- Mustkick.com failed gave it to a mate.
