Not sure what to write about … but here goes.

I wasn’t raised in Palestine, nor am I from Palestine but somewhat about Palestine makes it a special country. My association to Palestine comes from my faith, Arab background and human sympathy for what has happened in the past 60 or so years. I grew up in a family that was really enthusiastic on what happens in Palestine like every day for as long as I can remember. My dad loves Hamas and you can see it all around out house, we have picture a picture of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin and Palestinian flag – if you see the house you would think we are Palestinians.

A little story, I was sitting in class and one of the people in my class notice I have wrist band with “free Palestine” (look at the image below)

Him: You’re Tunisian in it?
Me: Yeah
Him: why you got a Palestinian wrist band?
Me: (Glad he knew what country … saves me explaining) because I have sympathy to what has happened.
Him: Yeah, but you’re not connected with them.
Me: Yeah I’m … Arab, Muslim and human
Him: I’m Christian, you don’t see me with a wrist band supporting some other country
Me: It’s different
Him: How?
Me: I don’t know

Well not soon … but its really nice and hot today … it was 24 °C . Anyway … I was sitting in the garden today and really bored so I took some pictures and try my hand on "photography"

I saw Iron man and i will write a review soon, I know i havent wrote for a while … but its the end of the year with exams all round.

So happy, after no sleep for two days and sleep for one day – I went down for breakfast and mum gave me my envelop from … LSE The London school of economics and Political science. I will be doing a Path way to Law course. What I’m really happy about is from 220 people or so I ( me, Sabeur) got in.

By far, Law isn’t what I want to do - but this course will give me an idea.

A day to remember – for those of you who think London is one cool place, then let a Londoner tell you… it’s expensive, boring and waste of space. The day before Yesterday I took my cousin to Central London to show him around.

Waited 15 minutes for the bus so we can go to the station – once we got to the station, a long line to buy tickets. After getting on the train it was fairly nice on the Distract Line (Worst Underground line) but once we got to Mile End to change for the Central Line (best but most packed with people in suits). I personally hate even leaving my part of London – East London that it, but once we get visitor you always have to make the same journey;

- Big Ben
- Trafalgar Square
- Leicester square
- Food
- Oxford Circus – shopping and looking in Nike Town.
- Edgware Road – Arab street
- Cinema
- Food … more food and more food, then Shisha
- Shisha
- Kebab before we leave
- Back home

London is limited and I really don’t see why people come here, apart from good education and money, cause life is boring here.

What a week – just when I though college can’t get any harder … wait it can! I finished the Engineering Mathematic Assignment, The Help desk, and Principles of computer network but wait there is more – we only have a one month if not less to finish this year … but the teachers decides to tell us there are more in the upcoming weeks. What? Like what the fuck man! So Since Monday I have had my head in the books revising, Googling, and Yahooing.

I’m really stressed out to a point where I can’t stand to look at another computer – just why I didn’t I pick Drama, Music, and Media – why did I have to pick the technical stuff – the hard and boring stuff. Another assignment is to explain how a LAN (Local Area Network) connects to another one over WAN, let me rephrase not explain but draw a big A3 diagram which shows;

- Fibre Optics

- Coaxial Cables

- UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) Cables

- Routers, Switches, Gateways, and hubs

- Workstations, servers, printers and WLAN.

One thing I am crap at is drawing *:lol:* and then filling the paper with text all around.

Losing Assignments
In total I have lost around three assignments, I have finished two of them off, but there is one which I totally forgot about – “Computer system Analysis”, I know I can do it again because I have a backup but the problem is the assignment was marked and I forgot the changes I have to do … so PISSED.

My fat fist! *:cry:*

Looking for University
Having to look for a University and not even sure if I can finish this year with my head on. In Tutorial like every week since I started in this college is to find a University. I already think I “know” what I will be doing - Computer Science or Media.

Universities I might pick
- Queen Mary, University of London (One of the best in London but I will seeing most people in college there)

- University of Westminster (Shiite but it’s in Central. London so don’t mind)

- City of London University (Claiming to be the best at getting you a job after University – so I don’t mind)

- University of East London (My local one – could save me transport and food costs but apart from that it sucks big time.)

If you see all the Universities that I picked are all in London, which means no International crap, or nationwide ones. I don’t mind London because I spent all my life here and it would mean cheaper Travel, food and shopping saving all my University loans for better things. What is making me happy about studying in London … wait for it…NO RENT; I will be living with mom and dad, I know that might sound weird – but if you see the living costs here. With Mom and Dad I will get to use the fridge and find it full of food, free Internet, water, gas, and heating and most of all NO RENT!!!

I got Fire
My dad’s best “friend” at a local Mini cab – fired me a week ago and still no job, so tomorrow heading out with a couple of friends to give out our CV’s.

Jokes
With all the stress and the Tension in class, one of the guys bought his laptop so he can do some “work” - but after finding he has the game counter-strike and got everyone playing.

And it has been Two months I think since I went to my local gaming shop, so I have been saving money!

Design
With all the stress, I did some stuff to make the site look better, I’m now XHTML Valid and CSS Valid from before. Also my design looks better on the Iphone … its £100 cheaper now!

So what University should I go to?
